EN-SUITE GENERAL CLEAN
For term-time / regular maintenance cleans of en-suite rooms.
BED AREA:
☑ Make bed / change bedding (if required)
☑ Fit fresh linen and make bed neatly
☑ Smooth duvet and arrange pillows
☑ Light vacuum of mattress surface (if needed)
☑ Fold blankets or throws neatly
ROOM SURFACES & FURNITURE:

How do one-off cleaning and end-of-tenancy cleaning differ?
One-off cleaning is an hourly service focused on as much cleaning as possible in the allotted time and tailored to your priorities. End-of-tenancy cleaning, however, is a comprehensive service aimed at restoring the property to its original state and includes a satisfaction guarantee.
Can I get help with ironing during the cleaning service?
Absolutely! Just include ironing in your list of tasks when booking, and we’ll suggest the best duration to cover everything.
Is external window cleaning possible?
We clean interior windows, frames, and sills, and can do exterior panes if they’re within easy reach.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my one-off cleaning?
Simply log into your MSS account and head to the Dashboard to adjust your booking. We ask for 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
How is one-off cleaning different from regular cleaning?
One-off cleaning is a more intensive service that’s great for special occasions or a refresh. Multiple cleaners can be arranged for a deep clean with specialised products. You can also provide a checklist to ensure priority tasks are addressed.
Can cleaners handle mould removal on walls or ceilings?
While we’ll do our best, mould requires specific treatments, and severe cases may need plastering. For these, we recommend hiring a certified handyman.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
You’re welcome to be there if you’d like. We only need access to start and later to check the completed service if you choose not to be present.
What products and equipment are used?
Our cleaners use eco-friendly detergents. For any special surfaces like marble, please let us know in advance so we can bring the appropriate products.
